If a booking is made in advance by a school teacher or any school employee, and then they leave that school and do not inform the school about our incursion booking, the booking is still deemed current until cancelled by their replacement teacher or by someone from that school. We have no idea of who comes and goes from your school, or whether or not they have told others about their booking, therefor the incursion fee must be paid in full, see below.
IMPORTANT: Please Read carefully
Teachers when you make a booking with us you need to cc your Deputy Principle or Principle into the booking request so that we know that they are aware of your booking.
Booking CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation Policy:
If your school cancels the booking 4 weeks or less prior to the booking date/ dates the incursion fees must be paid in full.
